It can become a major threat when they deposit their eggs in the cracks of a building as they weaken the structure and it can collapse easily.

There are two ways to fight termite and woodworm pests:
- Termites and woodworm treatment by injections or chemical barriers. Barriers prevent the access to termites and woodworms, for this reason it is required to perform the perforations in its perimeter in order to inject and create a repellent barrier.
- Termites and woodworm treatment with baits. We use an impregnated bait of a substance that inhibits the synthesis of chitin, blocking the growth system of termites and woodworms in order to get a total elimination of the colony. The main component of our system (SENTRITECH)- Hexaflumuron is very effective over subterranean termites. This insecticide has a delayed effect and is distributed as bait which is consumed by worker termites; little by little the colony will be poisoned and it will die.
