In educational centers (schools, nurseries, and special education centers) the cafeteria and the school menu should serve meals to help children learn and acquire healthy eating habits and attitudes. Also, they should guarantee a healthy and balanced nutrition favoring their growth and development.

In SEDESA BIOCONTROL we adapt your canteen to Law 17-2011, 5th of July of Food Security and Nutrition.
We adapt the school meal service to the “Program evaluation of school menus” board of Andalucía. We carry out:
- Nutritional evaluation of menus concerning: frequency of food consumption, recipes by food groups, monthly rotation and culinary food processes, information provided by the menus and rotation among them.
- Preparation of data sheets and nutritional dishes calibration menu.
- “In situ” evaluation of food supply and suggestions for improvement: verification of the aspects related to the processing conditions, presentation and service proposed menus.
- Assessments and proposals to improve aspects of organization and management of school meals: information to families about the school menu, alternative menu offering due to culture, religion, diseases…
